Nox easily kept up with Darkie, plunging deeper into the thick forest. The sky grew darker and darker. He could hear Xatchos clambering along far behind them, stomping through the foliage with his cyborg legs. Suddenly, a door of light appeared about 100 meters in front of Darkie. The idiot lunged for it, and disappeared. "Better go after him", thought Nox. Into the door. The change of brightness blinded Nox momentarily, but that was the least of his issues. He was falling, fast. Darkie was nowhere to be seen, heard, or sensed. The door closed, leaving Xatchos behind. Quickly Nox realized that the door had lead him to a white room, and that his fall had ended already; what seemed to take minutes, he had only fell a meter. A window was beneath him. The window had a crack. The crack was widening.

Nox was on the ground again, slowly regaining consciousness. The whirling slowed, then stopped. He looked around. Darkie and Xatchos were nowhere to be seen. "Darkie? Xatchos?", he called out. "Rek?"
"We sure fucked that up", Rek said. Nox jumped up, and glanced around him. Rek was nowhere to be seen.
"Rek, where are you?"
"I'm in Koka-cheerio-io-io Town, I'm communicating to you through stupid psychic shit. Nox, I... I'm fading out. The fourth wall collapsed on me and our series was cancelled. I can't detect Xatchos or Darkie, so I believe you may be the only one who escaped."
"Oh no!"
"Shut up and listen, there's more I need to tell you. But first, a joke. What do you get when you cross a bungie cord and an owl?"
"Uhhh...Rek?"
"My ass." The voice started choking. Then there was silence.
"Rek? Rek? REEEEEEEEEEK!"

After mourning the loss of his companions, Nox studied his surroundings for the first time. He was in a field of grain, with only a single house visible against the seemingly endless horizon.

Before Nox knew it, the sea of grain began to shake.

One by one the sheafs of bread seeds began to stretch and grow, the ones closes to Nox began to try to get a grab hold of him. The ones closest to his pantaloons began to undo his belt and several others began to bundle together to form a phallic rod.

Nox clearly only had two choices left. RUN TO THE HOUSE or TAKE IT LIKE A BITCH.

Nox does not approve of tentacle rape. He severs the nearest bundles with his FIELD DAGGER (haha, fuck YOU field), and makes for the house.

Nox just makes it to the house, but then stands there as he did not specify what he wants to do with the house. The grain approaches.

Nox inspects the house. The "house" has no doors or windows, just four walls and a roof. Nox hops on the roof, and tears away at the shingles. The shingles fall to the ground, giving the advancing grain the measels. Nox jumps into the hole in the housing market, while agriculture takes a turn for the worst. The market fails, and the farmer hangs himself inside his doorless, windowless house.

Just then, Nox wakes up in his bedroom, realizing it was all a dream.

The only thing that wasn't a dream was the farmer hanging himself. That man is dead. Forever.

Anyway, Nox is now back in his room in his house in his castle in his country in his universe.

In his room is his GAMESTATION X7, the DOOR out, and his favorite BALL OF LINT.

Nox pets the BALL OF LINT, then heads over to the GAMESTATION X7 to see what game he left in there.

Inside the GAMESTATION X7 was Nox's favorite video game, Banjo-Threeie, realeased Novembamus 83, 30068.

Nox looks around for a BAG OF MUNCHIES to accommodate his gaming. BALL OF LINT admits that he finished and disposed of of the BAG OF MUNCHIES. Nox becomes infuriated at BALL OF LINT, and stuffs it in the GAMESTATION X7. His rage quelled, Nox checks the open DOOR-less.

The door swings open smooth as butta and there is an incredibly long and narrow hallway in front of him. It does not seem to have an end. Just then, the door slams shut behind him. Doesn't look like he has much choice now.

Confused as to why his DOOR shut itself, Nox is equally more confused as to how it re-hinged itself. He decides this does not matter, and suspects himself of dreaming again. Time to walk down a hall.

The scene dramatically changes to inside a courtroom where Nox is the defendant. It seems he is about to be put away for life for capitol rape and murder when the Judge says something:

"What does the defense have to say?"

Nox's attorney faces the Judge with a tear on his cheek and magestically chants,

Nox just shits something out. EVIDENCE!

Nox's shout causes a seam in the time space paradox and everyone in the courtroom is killed.

Just then, the scene dissapates again.


Nox wakes up again, this time, for real from all his dreams of legend. He finds himself back in the Lost Woods, but Darklie and Xatchos are still gone. There are four EXITS, one to the North, South, East, and West of him.

What will he doo?

"Tomorrow is tomorrow faster when you walk East." Remembering the great words of the Time Wizard Alcaster, Nox heads East. Too bad he didn't take astrology, because now he's heading WEST.

And so he headed weest.

He emerged from another similar log in another similar square like location with four more logs, North, South, East, and West.

This time, there is a distinct music coming from the log to the North.

Nox couldn't appreciate good music if he was deaf. Good thing he's not, as that could be a complicating factor. Nox appreciates the good music. (Heading: NORTH)

Nox emerges from another log, but this time, in a large, open pasture. There are moo cows grazing in the fields, and cluck chickens doing chicken things. But what there isn't is sheep. Not a single baa sheep to be had in this pasture. In the center of it, however, is a farmer playing on his knee spoons, the music that Nox heard earlier.

What will he do?

Realizing he has been deceived, Nox asks the FARMER to stop playing the spoons. Spoons is not good music.

The farmer declines and throws his spoons to the ground in anger, even though he should probably realize that by throwing his spoons down on the ground that he did indeed stop playing his music.

Twenty seconds later he did realize this, and then screamed into the heavens with anger.

"NooooooooooooooOO!"

But it was too late. The spoons were dead, the only thing keeping his soul alive.

Without the spoons, the farmer began to wither and deteriorate, his skin melting, his hair falling out, and his limbs shriveling up. Before long he is a husk of shriveled poo poo.

The animals crowd around the poo poo and begin to cry tears of sadness, and then they begin to eat the poo poo. They eat the poo poo.

Beyond the horizon, Nox can see a Barn.

Nox screams to the heavens "IT KEEPS HAPPENING!"

Nox decides to head to the BARN. Again.

The barn doors swing open as if inviting Nox inside.

In the middle of the not so empty barn is a table.

On the table is a red pill and a blue pill. There are signs above each pill, each reading something different.

The blue one reads, "Take this if your erection lasts more than four hours."

And the red one reads, "Disregard the blue pill."

Seeing as how Nox is not sexually aroused by farm animals or dead farmers, he hadn't had a good erection in over a day. Had it been a day? a week? a month?

Nox takes the red pill.

Behind him, a giant swirling portal appears. It sucks more than Justin Beiber, and within seconds, Nox is taken off his feet and sucked inside. The portal closes behind him.
